Waurn Ponds Library Official Open Day
Waurn Ponds Library opened to the community on 7 December 2011. The official Open Day was held on Thursday 3 February 2012. Mr David Morris, MP and Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Public Libraries, Cr John Mitchell, Mayor and Cr Andy Richards, representing Buckley Ward and Chair of the Geelong Regional Library Corporation declared the facility officially open.
